Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately not! We only ship within Australia at the moment.

How long will it take for me to get my order?

Orders are typically fulfilled within 5 – 10 business days.

Is there somewhere I can pick up parts from?

Unfortunately not. We are an 'online only' business so we only provide parts via post.

Do you do express shipping?

Not at the moment. It is something we are looking into for the future.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is set at $10 Australia wide, no matter how much you buy or your location.

Melbourne, Australia.

What payment types do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal.

Can I order over the phone?

All of our orders are done online, via the website. If you need any help, just give us a call and we can talk you through it.

Where can I track the status of my parcel?

Once your parcel has been dispatched, a tracking email is sent out. Please check junk/spam emails first if you believe you haven’t received this. If it isn't there, call us and we will be happy to help.

If a part has been discontinued, can you still source it?

Unfortunately not. As we deal with genuine parts, once the part has been discontinued by the supplier we have no way of ordering the part.

The part I have received is incorrect

If you have received a part that seems to be incorrect, please send an email to [email protected] with images of the part you received and the part you wanted to replace. Include any extra details that may help us solve the problem. We will contact you within 24 hours to rectify the issue.

I haven’t received an email confirmation from you, has my order been processed?

The confirmation email may have gone into your junk/spam email folder. If you can’t locate it, give us a call and we will help you out.
